After pressing extraction, crude palm oil usually contains solid impurities such as coarse sand, silt, nut shell debris, and plant fibers. These impurities will accelerate the oxidative rancidity of the oil, and damage the color, flavor, and storage stability of the finished palm oil.

To address this, Henan Glory has developed a specialized palm oil clarification solution for small-scale palm oil mills. This system consists of three core processing units, forming a complete three-stage clarification workflow, which can efficiently remove impurities of different particle sizes step by step.

1. Sand Settling Tank

As the first stage of the clarification system, this unit relies on the gravity sedimentation principle, using the density difference between oil and solid impurities to remove high-density heavy impurities like coarse sand, silt and nut shell debris from crude palm oil.

(1) Bottom feeding and top overflow design ensures sufficient sedimentation of heavy impurities.

(2) Conical bottom structure for easy centralized discharge of settled impurities, avoiding accumulation and caking.

(3) Built-in heating coils maintain oil fluidity and improve sedimentation efficiency.

2. Rotary Vibrating Screen

This unit is the second stage of the system, mainly used to remove suspended impurities in the oil, such as pulp fiber and fine oil residue that are not removed in the sedimentation stage.

Core Features:

(1) Driven by vertical vibration motor, realizing efficient rotary vibration screening.

(2) Double-layer stainless steel screen mesh for graded removal of impurities of different particle sizes, with customizable screen layers and mesh size.

(3) Fully enclosed structure prevents oil spillage and external pollution.

3. Plate and Frame Filter Press

As the final fine filtration stage of the system, this unit uses the pressure filtration principle to trap fine impurities, colloidal substances and other contaminants that cannot be removed in the first two stages, to get high-clarity finished palm oil.

Core Features:

(1) Filter plates with flow guide grooves ensure uniform oil flow, avoid filter cloth damage, and support customizable filtration area.

(2) Multiple optional compression modes (manual jack, mechanical, automatic hydraulic) to meet different needs of small-scale mills.

(3) Stable and controllable compression force, effectively preventing oil seepage and leakage during filtration.
