Working Principle of Rotary Vibrating Screen

Adopting the rotary vibration principle, this equipment retains fibers and impurities in palm oil on the screen surface. Palm crude oil is fed onto the screen surface via a screw pump. A high-performance vibrator, operating at a stable frequency of 25 Hz, generates moderate amplitude. This design ensures uniform distribution of palm crude oil on the screen surface without causing excessive splashing or oil loss, further enhancing filtration efficiency.

A key design highlight of the equipment is its double-layer screen mesh configuration: the upper layer primarily captures larger impurity particles, while the lower layer performs fine filtration. The two layers work in tandem to achieve an impressive impurity removal rate of over 95%. In addition, the screen dimensions can be customized to meet actual processing requirements.

3) Safety & Easy Maintenance: Equipped with safety interlocks that prevent operation when the guard is open, the design prioritizes operator safety. The quick-release screen frame allows for fast mesh replacement and cleaning. Daily maintenance is simple and convenient, mainly consisting of inspecting the tightness of vibrators and bolts. Furthermore, thanks to the easy-to-clean surface of 316L stainless steel, stains or minor rust can be easily removed with neutral detergent or special-purpose cleaning agents.

4) Downstream Protection: By removing over 95% of fibrous impurities, the rotary vibrating screen effectively prevents clogging and abrasion in subsequent equipment like pumps, heaters, and separators, extending the overall crude palm oil production line's service life.
