Working Principle

The plate and frame filter is a classic and mature solid-liquid separation device with a compact and reasonable structure. It operates through a pressure-driven filtration process. The filter plates are clamped tightly to form the closed filter chambers, and the material to be filtered is pumped into these chambers by a feed pump. Under the specified pressure (≤0.6Mpa), the palm oil permeates through the filter cloth, while solid impurities are trapped to form filter cakes, achieving precise filtration. After completion, the filter plates are released to allow the cakes to be discharged, realizing efficient solid-liquid separation.
