1TPH Palm Oil Pressing Plant: Narrated Equipment & Process Video Guide

This narrated video guide walks you through the equipment behind Henan Glory's 1TPH palm oil pressing plant. The line starts with three sterilization tanks supplied by a hot water system. The direct-heating design runs on firewood or biomass fuel, so no separate steam boiler is required. An electric hoist handles the fresh fruit bunches, and a rotary drum thresher then separates the palm fruitlets from the empty bunches.

The fruitlets are digested and pressed by two 1TPH double-screw palm oil presses. The press screws are made of 2Cr13 wear-resistant alloy steel, and a hydraulic pump station automatically adjusts the chamber pressure to keep the palm kernels whole and undamaged during extraction. The extracted oil passes through an oil clarification tank, a vibrating screen and a plate-and-frame filter to remove heavy impurities and suspended solids, and is then vacuum-dehydrated to reduce residual moisture and improve storage stability.
