Core Working Principle

After palm fruits enter the pressing chamber, the two pressing screws rotate counter-directionally driven by the tail gearbox and hydraulic pump station, conveying and squeezing the materials forward during meshing. The space of the pressing chamber gradually decreases as the material advances, and the pressure rises continuously, thereby squeezing and separating oil from the pulp. The press cake is discharged from the cake outlet, while palm oil flows out through the oil press outlet for collection.
