Refining Section: The core processes of the palm oil refining plant include dry degumming, decolorization, continuous deacidification and deodorization. It utilizes a series of high-efficiency equipment, including degumming tank, phosphoric acidtank, bleaching tank, leaf filter, heat exchanger, thermal oil heater and deodorization towers etc, ensuring the stable refining of crude palm oil into high-standard RBDPO (Refined, Bleached, and Deodorized Palm Oil).

Fractionation Section: The refined RBDPO enters the palm oil fractionation plant, where it is separated into palm olein and palm stearin with different melting points through cooling crystallization equipment and high-efficiency filters, significantly increasing product added value.

To guarantee consistent product quality, the palm oil refining and fractionation plant project included a fully equipped oil laboratory. This essential facility allows for real-time monitoring and adjustment of the production process by testing key parameters of both raw materials and finished products. Due to the large volume and size of the equipment, delivery was managed through simultaneous shipments from both the factory and the port to ensure timely logistics to Kenya.

On-Site Installation & Debugging: This was a complex, five-month installation process managed by a dedicated team from Henan Doing, including engineers, a site manager, welders, and a translator. Key installation steps included:
(1) Acceptance and inspection of materials (e.g., pipes, pumps, valves, reducers, etc.).
(2) Precise palm oil refining and fractionation equipment placement according to engineering drawings.
(3) Construction of operating platforms and comprehensive pipeline connection.
(4) Rigorous pipeline leak testing.
(5) Electrical installation for system commissioning.

The installation officially started on December 1, 2017, and was successfully completed with palm oil refining and fractionation plant commissioning on May 1, 2018.
