This 5tpd small scale palm kernel oil processing plant is specifically designed for extracting palm kernel oil from the kernels after palm fruit pressing and was professionally manufactured by Henan Glory Company.
The core of this project lies in the deep processing of palm kernels—a byproduct of palm fruit pressing—to further improve the overall oil yield and economic benefits. The 5tpd small scale palm kernel oil processing plant mainly includes 2tph palm kernel cracker and separating machine, palm kernel crusher, drum cooker, 0.5tph palm kernel oil presser and plate filter. This equipment can efficiently convert hard palm kernels into palm kernel oil, creating additional value for the Ugandan customer.

This 5tpd small scale palm kernel oil processing plant project is part of the customer's overall plan and is closely integrated with the previous 3tph small scale palm oil mill plant project installed in Uganda. Palm kernels are the core byproduct produced after palm fruit pressing. The customer demonstrated remarkable foresight by integrating these two production lines into the overall plan, achieving full material processing from palm fruit to palm oil and palm kernel oil.
Following the successful operation of the main palm oil pressing line, the 5tpd small scale palm kernel oil processing plant completed its final installation, commissioning, and testing in April 2024. Our engineers ensured the entire system (from palm fruit processing to kernel processing) operated collaboratively and maintained normal production. This completed the customer's comprehensive palm oil and palm kernel oil processing capabilities.
