This is a 3D animation video of a 1-5tph small-scale palm oil processing machine and mill plant.This palm oil processing plant includes six steps: sterilization, threshing, digestion, pressing, crude oil clarification & filtration and palm oil drying, all of which are mechanically automated and work more efficiently.

As palm fruits are very easy to go rancid, we sterilize them soon after being harvested from palm plantations to avoid the free fatty acid to increase. Besides, sterilization will also make the FFB (Fresh Fruit Bunches) soft, which makes it easier to separate the fruits from the bunches. After sterilizing, the palm fruit bunches will be transported to the thresher to separate the palm fruits from palm fruit bunches. The third step is digesting, which aims to turn palm fruits into a mash, which increases the oil yield, so we can finally obtain more palm oil. After palm fruit digesting process, the treated palm fruits will be sent to palm oil press machine for further processing. After palm oil pressing process, we will obtain crude palm oil containing impurities such as sand, fibers, and water. Obtaining crude palm oil does not mean the end of palm oil processing, we still need clarification and drying processes to remove these impurities and water.
