1. Raw material receiving station - receiving palm fruit bunches from oil palm plantation.

2. Sterilization station - using direct steam to process palm fruit, which can reduce activity of the enzyme, prevent the rancidity, ensure the good quality of the crude oil. At the same time, it is good for the threshing process.

3. Threshing station - using simple type thresher of drum type thresher to divide palm fruit and palm fruit bunches.

4. Digesting station- Using a reamer to break the sterilized palm fruit into palm fruit pulp, which is more beneficial to extract palm oil.

5. Pressing station - adopting screw palm oil press or double screw palm oil press to extract palm oil out, which has the characteristics of high oil output rate and easy operation.

6. Crude palm oil clarification station - including three machines of vibrating screen, sand settling tank and plate filter, which can efficiently remove various kinds of impurities in crude palm oil to make final palm oil cleaner.
