500kg/h palm oil processing machine
The palm fruit thresher efficiently separates palm fruits from fresh fruit bunches before pressing. With a fruit removal rate of up to 98%, it helps reduce fruit loss while improving the efficiency of the entire production process.
The 500kg/h diesel single screw palm oil press is the core equipment of the processing line, designed for small-scale palm oil production. It supports 24-hour continuous operation under normal working conditions, ensuring stable and efficient oil extraction. The screw shaft is made of 2Cr13 wear-resistant alloy steel, with a normal service life of 800–1,000 operating hours, offering excellent durability and lower maintenance costs.
