One simple palm fruit debuncher adopts a drum-type working principle, achieving efficient separation of palm fruits from fruit bunches through high-speed rotation. It features a simple structure, and can also reduce raw material waste by recycling empty fruit bunches. As the core equipment, two 500kg/h single screw palm oil pressers (motor-driven model) generate pressure through the advancement of the screw shaft in the pressing chamber to realize efficient oil extrusion. Meanwhile, the single screw palm oil presser has a compact size, easy installation, and requires no professional skills for operation. Two vibrating screens focus on filtering fibers and impurities from the pressed oil, improving oil purity through multi-layer screening and laying a solid foundation for the quality of palm oil jam. The entire set of equipment is compact and efficient, perfectly suitable for small and medium-sized palm oil deep processing scenarios.

The customer, based in Malaysia, is engaged in the palm oil jam production business. To establish a raw material production line, they found Henan Glory through online search on August 1, 2025.
