The simple-type palm fruit thresher is suitable for small plantations, family workshops, or startup palm oil processing plants. It can process 1 to 2 tons of palm fruit bunches per hour, with a fruit stripping rate of up to 98%. It is driven by a 4 kW electric motor. Its compact, integrated design makes it easy to install and maintain. During operation, place the fruit bunch against the rotating roller, and the fruit will automatically fall off. Minimal fruit damage preserves the quality of the final palm oil. The investment is moderate, and it saves substantially significant labor expenses.

The simple-type palm fruit threshers

The drum-type palm fruit thresher is designed for medium or large palm oil mills. It offers flexible processing capacities from 1 to 15 tons per hour. This palm fruit thresher uses a long, horizontally rotating drum at high speed. The diameter of the drum exceeds 1.2 meters, and the length can reach 2.5 meters or even longer. As the fruit bunches move inside the drum, the fruit is forcefully separated by centrifugal force and the stripping bars. Its fruit stripping rate can exceed 99%. Separated fruits fall through the drum's grating and are collected by a screw conveyor (typically 3 meters long) that transports them to the next stage. Empty fruit bunches (EFB) are automatically discharged and can be used as biofuel for the boiler, reducing energy costs.
