Working Principle and Design Highlights

This thresher utilizes an innovative long horizontal drum design for high-efficiency separation. Sterilized palm fruit bunches are fed into the rotating drum, which spins at high speed to generate strong centrifugal force. This force, combined with internal mechanical friction and impact, fully detaches palm fruits from the bunches.

(1)Efficient Separation: Separated palm fruits drop through the grating gaps at the drum base for collection, while empty fruit bunches (EFB) are discharged from the opposite end.

(2)Anti-Clogging Performance: The extended drum length delivers ample processing travel and residence time, effectively preventing clogging and guaranteeing stable, uninterrupted operation.

(3)Adjustable Speed Control: The machine supports stepless speed regulation, allowing operators to adjust parameters based on palm fruit variety and ripeness. This minimizes pulp damage and preserves quality for downstream oil extraction.

(4)Key Specifications: Built with a heavy-duty steel frame and a #45 carbon steel main shaft, the thresher comes in standard drum lengths of 1.5m and 2m.
