In February 2023, Henan Glory Company received an online inquiry from a client in Kenya who was running an international transportation business. Looking to diversify his investment portfolio, he planned to set up a 10tpd palm oil refining and fractionation plant.

10 TPD palm oil refining and fractionation plant
Following strict manufacturing standards, the complete set of 10tpd palm oil refining and fractionation equipment was safely packed and shipped out on October 12, 2023. Although the physical installation was temporarily postponed to late 2025 due to the client's personal scheduling adjustments, Henan Glory maintained continuous communication.
In January 2026, Henan Glory dispatched experienced engineers to the customer's factory site in Kenya for equipment installation, commissioning, and operator training. After several weeks of on-site work and system testing, the 10TPD palm oil refining and fractionation plant was successfully put into operation on February 5, 2026.
The plant is now running steadily with qualified oil output and has received positive feedback from the customer.
Installation of the palm oil refining and fractionation plant
The 10TPD palm oil refining and fractionation plant supplied by Henan Glory mainly includes the following processing sections:
(1) Degumming Section
Phosphoric acid and hot water are added to remove phospholipids, gums, trace metals, and other colloidal impurities from crude palm oil.
(2) Deacidification Section
Caustic soda (NaOH) is used to neutralize free fatty acids (FFA) in the crude palm oil.
(3) Bleaching Section
Under vacuum conditions, activated bleaching earth is added to adsorb pigments and trace impurities.
(4) Deodorization Section
Under high vacuum and temperature, odorous substances, volatile components, and remaining free fatty acids are removed.
(5) Palm Oil Fractionation Section
The refined palm oil is gradually cooled in crystallization tanks, allowing high-melting-point fractions to form crystals. The crystallized oil is then separated by filtration into liquid Palm Olein and solid Palm Stearin.
