But with the promulgation of a series of government policies, such as"now Nigerian government is encouraging people especially farmers to do the palm oil processing business, and they even asked the bank to lower the interest rate to around 9%, all these make it easier for farmers to get loan and buy machine". He realized that it may be a opportunity for him to make money by building a palm oil mill plant to extract palm oil.
